This hotel has been a landmark in the south Kihei area since 1954 and guests have come to recognize its quiet setting - two secluded beach coves- and its affordable comfortable accommodation.

Oceanside unit exteriors have been redone.

Outdoor pool uniquely shaped like the island of Maui has been renovated and resurfaced. New furniture- picnic and a bbq area has been added. Reception area has been upgraded with new walkways- furniture and enhanced lighting.
